50 years ~ Happy AnniversaryNovember 10th, 201150 years of marriage, 6 kids, 19 grandkids, and 3 great kids later….pretty impressive! It’s not everyday couples celebrate 50 years of marriage. I’ve known this family my whole life, I was so happy that I was able to document this time in their lives. |

She brought with her an old Ford tractor that she worked on and restored herself with the help of Mr. Greg Manuel. My spring schedule is always crazy and limited so the earlier the better.
I wish I had out takes of my two aunt’s (Blake’s mom and her sister) chasing Blake’s dog around to try to keep him out of the photos. Made for some great natural smiles! His dog kept trying to sneak into every shot.
Every time we see Blake he’s always on his horse, played with some “old” looking processing on this one.

I’m pretty much booked up for the holiday season. I might be able to squeeze one or two more in, but that’s it! All orders will need to be placed by December 1st to ensure they are in for Christmas. We will be out of town from December 10-17 visiting the “Mouse” at Disney World!! I will try to get all of my Christmas cards up on my site within the next week so those of you wanting cards can make your decisions.

So Alice kind of makes me feel a little old, her mom was one of the very first seniors I photographed all those years ago when I was just starting the photography business. Then I photographed her engagements, and now I had the pleasure of photographing her brand new beautiful baby girl. She was such a dream, and stayed passed out the whole time.

This little girl was a bit older than the newborns I usually photograph. She was wide awake the whole session. She came to see me all the way from Baton Rouge, and I guess she didn’t want to miss anything by taking a nap! I loved those beautiful blue eyes she has.
The past two weeks have been quite busy, so everyone waiting I promise they are coming soon. The school work that I do has put me really behind on my regular customers. But I’m just about caught up completely with the school stuff!!
